What does raw hair mean?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor. The hair is directly cut from one person's head and immediately wrapped in order to keep all of the cuticles intact and flowing in one direction.

What colors do the hair come in? 

 All Indian hair comes in natural shades of brown.

Do I have to wash the hair once I receive it? 

All hair bundles are pre sanitized before it is shipped out, which means it is shampooed and conditioned in store.

 How long does my hair last? 

With the proper care Maraj Extensions can last between one and three years. The longevity of your hair depends on the way you care for it! Since the hair no longer receives natural minerals, you need to manipulate the strands by conditioning the hair very often.

What is your return policy?        

  Exchange only within 5 days of receipt. NO Exceptions! No exchanges on chemically treated hair, closures, or tampered bundles!  If you purchased hair during a sale or promotion all sales are final!
